If the User registers for the Services, s/he will be asked to provide certain information including a valid email address. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide whether the information User inputs or uploads is appropriate and complies with the Terms of Service, other Company policies, and applicable laws and regulations. The User is solely responsible for the information s/he inputs or uploads to the Services and warrants and represents that the User has the right and authorization to register for the Services and post User Generated Content. The Company will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with law enforcement entities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Violations of system or network security or inappropriate conduct may result in civil or criminal liability. The User is prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Services, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to this Services, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail-bombing" or "crashing", (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting, (e) scraping or harvesting data or (f) the use of robots to skew payouts. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Services, and all Users agree not to use the Services, for any purposes other than designated by the Company.
#STREAMING SITE FLEXIFY OFFLINE#
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes relating to live and/or offline streaming and related materials. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service and together form and are hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement.” You acknowledge that by using the FlexifyMe Platform you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Any personal data you submit to the Flexifyme Platform or which we collect about you is governed by our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), available at. These Terms are effective as of the date you first click “I agree” (or similar button or checkbox) or use or access the Platform, whichever is earlier. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE FlexifyMe PLATFORM. The related services provided by FlexifyMe to potential Client (defined in Section 1), the Site, and the App are collectively referred to as the “Service.” YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” OR SIMILAR BUTTON, REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING THE APP OR ANY APP UPGRADES, USING THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, OR ACCESSING OR USING THE FlexifyMe PLATFORM, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SITE OR THE APP.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Livespire Pvt Ltd (together with its affiliates, “FlexifyMe”, “we,” “our” or “us”) governing your use of the FlexifyMe Service (as defined below), our mobile application (the “App”) and our website (the “Site”).
Livespire Pvt Ltd is a “Company” providing services related to Health and Wellness by the brand name FlexifyMe.
